You may note that the reason I made the arches into 3 pieces was for ease of removal once the oven had been clad over them. I could have always just left them in s part of the initial burning and burnt them out, but I figured I may want to use them again....don't think the wife would want a 2nd oven in the garden, but you never know the neighbours might!
